For regular service a fixed slot works best, same morning every month or quarter, so it turns into something you stop having to think about. Regular work costs less per visit too, since a surface that's on a schedule never gets back to its worst.
Where the dirty water goes, and why it's your problem too
This is the part most people don't think to ask about, and it matters more on a business property than it does on a driveway. Wash water off a dumpster pad or a drive-thru carries grease, detergent and food waste, and a storm drain here goes to a creek, not a treatment plant. The EPA's stormwater program is the framework that covers it, and depending on your site and your municipality, responsibility can land on you as the property owner rather than on your contractor.
So ask anybody who quotes you what happens to the water. If they haven't thought about it, that's something you want to find out before they're on your property, not after.

When you should call us, and when you shouldn't
Call us if you run a storefront, restaurant, office, church or small plaza around York County and you want the outside kept up without having to manage it. Property managers with a few local sites are a good fit too, since one trip can cover several of them.
Look elsewhere if the job is bigger than we should be taking. We're a two-person student-run crew and we'll tell you where that stops. Multi-story facade work off lifts or swing stages isn't us. Ask us when you call and we'll tell you exactly what we carry and send documentation before the first visit. It's a reasonable thing for a business to require, and you shouldn't book any contractor who gets cagey about the question.
